Members of the yachting community should be rejoicing as they are finally able to gain some clarification on French Social Security tax responsibilities. All seafarers, and non-resident employers of seafarers who spend more than 90 consecutive days in France or French waters will be required to make contributions to ENIM, the French mariners’ social security agency.
