Wendy is a dedicated and approachable professional who finds fulfillment in helping yacht crew navigate their career paths. After a couple of years at sea as a stewardess, she transitioned ashore and discovered her passion for recruitment. With experience in yacht crew consultancy, she joined Luxury Yacht Group in September 2025, bringing valuable industry insight and a genuine enthusiasm for people. Half English and half Spanish, Wendy has called Mallorca home for more than two years. Outside the office, she enjoys staying active, growing her network of employers, and connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
