Elizabeth Schantz Crew Coordinator

Elizabeth is a Crew Coordinator working out of our Annapolis office. Elizabeth inadvertently stumbled upon yachting during a career hiatus when friends of hers, a Captain/Chief Stewardess team, asked her to fill in as a stewardess for them in the Bahamas. Initially believing that she was going “on holiday”, she got a crash course of what was expected of her and got stuck in. Interested in the people in the industry, she went on to manage the couple’s crew house in Antibes, prior to joining Luxury Yacht Group.

“I am simply fascinated by the industry. I love the friendly and extroverted people, who just get working together for the single cause of giving excellent service. And the lengths they go to, to do so – Amazing!”

She does what she can to place crew in their ideal role, listening carefully to their past experiences, their plan of progression and searching out the next perfect position to help them get there.
