MANAGEMENT SERVICES

i)  Financial – from $2000.00 per month

a)   Pay crew salaries on a monthly basis via wire transfer.

b)   Pay bills as approved by the owner, captain or manager by check or wire transfer in an efficient manner.

c)   Monitor and verify captain’s petty cash expenditures and ensure that there are sufficient funds to operate the vessel in the appropriate currency for that area.

d)   Assist the captain where practical in negotiating preferred rates for goods or services provided to the yacht.

e)   Direct the captain to forward all large invoices to the manager for negotiation and payment.

f)   Provide budgets and analysis for future expenditure as required.

ii)   Administration – from $1000.00 per month

a)   Secure insurance, if requested by the owner, for the yacht following the written instructions of the owner.

b)   Advising on flag state and regulatory requirements.

c)   Assist the captain with the development and maintenance of safe operating procedures and protocols for the vessel.

iii)   Crew Placement - 50% of first months salary of crew member

a)   Search and selection for suitable crew as required.

b)   Vetting of crew presented by captain or employment agent for suitability of employment.

c)   Terminating crew employment agreements under the instruction of the owner as necessary.

d)   Ensure that crew is aware of all of the owner’s terms of employment particularly with regard to confidentiality and non-disclosure, prohibition on harassment, consent to searches and drug or alcohol abuse.

e)   Monitoring and maintaining crew employment contracts.

iv)   Logistics – from $1000 per month

a.   Organize special service personnel as necessary to support the captain and the yacht’s operations.

b.   Provide mail address for parts and crew mail. Forward parts and crew mail as necessary to the yacht.

c.   Maintain a good flow of communication between the yacht and the manager so that the manager can advise and support the operations and actions of the captain.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

i)   Crisis Support $500.00 per year, plus per event at $85.00 per hour

a.   Major technical failure

b.   Crew or guest emergency

c.   Logistical emergency

d.   Other urgent matters requiring overtime or weekend hours

ii)   Major Refit (longer than two weeks in the yard) – from $2000.00 per week

a.   Establishing specifications and work list for refit

b.   Interview prospective contractors

c.   Negotiation of contracts

d.   Selection of onsite personnel

e.   Continuous or part time management of refit process

f.   Control of stage payments as contract specified completion levels are met

g.   Coordination of classification society or surveyor attendance

iii)   Security Training (Certified courses in security)

a.   Ship security officer - $650 (3.5 day course)

b.   Shipboard personnel with specific security duties - $200 per crew member

c.   K-9 sweep of vessel and all clear certificate – from $500.00

      iv)        Crew van rental - Subject to availability

                   a.   $1500 per month preferred rate for managed yacht clients

                   b.   $1900 per month for non-managed yacht clients

                   c.   Mileage allowance is 1000 miles per month

                   d.   Insurance is included.  International licenses are honored.

                   e.   Van pick up and delivery are available for your convenience.

       v)         Administrative

                   Background check – Domestic US Personnel- $120

                   Background check – International – from $150 depending upon location

If additional personnel are required for projects, LYG honors the following rates –

Rupert Connor - $200 per hour or $1,000 per day

Senior Personnel and account managers - $85 per hour or $500 per day

Logistical support - $50 per hour or $350 per day

Junior personnel - $40 per hour or $300 per day
