Our payroll services include the payment of crew salaries on a monthly basis via wire transfer.  We make suitable withholdings for U.S. crew, and advise the captain regarding fair market salary values and complete employment packages with regards to extra items such as time off, vacation, health insurance and flight benefits.

For crew management administration, we maintain crew contracts of employment and crew confidentiality agreements.  Our shore support staff submits monthly reports to the captain and owner with all relevant crew documentation deadlines such as expiry of passports, visas, medical fitness or licensing certificates.  Our offices in Fort Lauderdale provide a standard address for all crew correspondence and mail packages.

On a case by case basis, we offer a drug detection dog to sweep the vessel and issue a “Clean Yacht Certificate”.  We arrange substance testing of crew members, and can initiate a criminal background check for domestic and international crew.
