Crew placement coordinator and charter specialist Marcy Laturno loves her work because she finds capable crew their ideal positions, matches owners with the best crew possible, and she helps charter clients make their vacation dreams come true. Marcy is also assisting with ISM. This technical side gives her an advantage with supporting Captains, and a better understanding of all working departments within the company. She has 8 years as a crew member on board motor yachts ranging from 100' to 170'. Marcy started as a stewardess, promoted to chief stewardess quickly, and then became a chef. Marcy grew up on the water in La Jolla , CA and moved to Florida after college. Marcy lives with 3 precious pups named Lil' Sassy Mo, Chubba Bubba Love, and Roscoe Pico.
