Shawn recently joined Luxury Yacht Group after nearly 20 years in a related maritime support & services field managing staff, vendor contracts, training and sales.  He believes the key to successful crew placement is learning and recognizing both the crew as well as their potential employers individuality, priorities and long-term goals.  He enjoys football (American and otherwise), great beaches and is ever searching for that ultimate under $10 bottle of wine.  One of the true joys he derives being in our business is knowing that the friendships made are global in scope and life-long in strength.  Time spent at home with his fiancé, two daughters and cats Snickers and Bellie-Booz are a top priority!
